Indoor Netball:

 

Indoor Netball is a fast paced 6-a-side game that is played within a netted court. The beauty of Indoor netball is that the ball is live off all nets and therefore the game never stop. The lack of stoppages and overall pace of the game make it an exhilarating forty minutes of fun for players of all ages and skill levels. Hills Indoor Sports offers competitions in Indoor netball for mixed and ladies three nights a week. Please Note: Fill ins must play in either the WA or WD positions.

 

Indoor Netball is played under Indoor Netball Federation Australia official rules at Hills Indoor Sports, the handbook can be downloaded by clicking the photo to the left of this text.

 

 

 

 

Indoor Soccer:

 

Indoor Soccer is played in two forms at Hills Indoor Sports Centre, these are:

* 4-a-side single court

* 6-a-side double court.

 

Indoor Soccer is offered three nights a week for seniors (year round) and two nights a week for juniors (between September-March). Hills Indoor Sports offers both men's and mixed soccer. Indoor Soccer is a fast paced variant of outdoor soccer that is played within a netted court. All nets bar the roof are live, this allows indoor soccer to be a far quicker and skilful game than many other forms of soccer.

Indoor Cricket:

 

Indoor Cricket is an action packed version of traditional outdoor cricket. Teams consist of 6 or 8 players per side and matches last for 90 minutes. Each player bats and bowls during their batting or fielding innings respectively. 

 

Indoor Cricket is fast paced and entertaining for people of all ages and skill levels. The match is played within a netted court with all nets being live at all times.
